2021-2022 SC Vaccination Requirements 5K to Grade 12
Vaccines are important to protect students from diseases such as measles, chicken pox and whooping cough, which can spread easily in schools.
Students enrolled in grades 5K to 12 in both public and private schools must be up-to-date on the following shots based on their grade level:

• Hepatitis A (5K)
• Hepatitis B
• DTaP (tetanus, whooping cough)
• Polio
• MMR (measles, mumps, rubella)
• Varicella (chickenpox)
• Tdap (whooping cough booster required before seventh grade)

The Superlative Club
AfterCare Program
The Superlative Club is a fee-based after school care program on regular school days from 3:45 to 6:00 PM and on identified early-release days from 12:30 to 6:00 PM. The program is structured and students receive a snack each day. The program does not operate on holidays or other days in which students do not attend school.
